Processing Times  

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.  

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

United States (all states)

Shipping Times  

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Canada: 7–20 business days  

United States: 7-20 business days  

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking Information  

Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Duties  

International shipments may be subject to customs processing. True North Heat is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages  

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.  

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue.

Incorrect Addresses  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
